Founding:

Mark started Educated Investors LLC to provide school employees and their families with trustworthy, understandable, and affordable investment advice, which unfortunately is in short supply.  As a licensed fee-only fiduciary, Mark will put your interests first and he will patiently provide you with the care that you deserve.

Experience:

Mark is a licensed fiduciary with over 25 years of investment experience, so he understands how to structure portfolios to fit each client’s needs.  He also understands the Maine Public Employee Retirement System, 403b & 401k plans, and IRAs, so he can help you build a comprehensive investment strategy to meet your unique goals.

Education:

Mark holds a Master's degree in Economics and, over the past 25 years, has taught Economics and Finance at the college and high school levels.  He currently teaches AP Macroeconomics and Economics & Investing at Cape Elizabeth High School.  Due to his teaching experience, Mark can explain financial concepts so that you can understand them.
